Influencer-økonomien er eksploderet, men lovgivningen har svært ved at følge med. Der er brug for et gearskifte. I det forberedende arbejde med lovgivning af influencer-industrien må fokus flyttes fra enkeltsager til det kommercielle økosystem og de bagvedliggende forretningsmodeller.
Problemet er strukturelt, og løsningerne skal derfor findes på tværs af ministerielle områder.

This seems to be the philosophy behind to law proposals in the US and the UK. In the spring of 2019 the Age Appropriate Design Code was sent in hearing in the UK. In January 2020, the Information Commissioner’s Office published the final version. That is a set of 15 standards that online services should meet to protect children’s privacy.

Child Services hardly focus on Data Ethics
The report: The Child Data Violators, made by the thinkdotank Dataethics in April 2018 benchmarkes 14 services aimed at or used by children. It showed that only 2 of 14 are treating childrens’ data are ethically responsible.
